How to make a booking?

Here are the steps to make a booking:

1. Select the number of people.
2. Select your date.
3. Add to Cart.
4. Enter your contact details.
5. Select your departure location
6. Pay and it’s reserved!

what are the cancellation policies?

Free of charge 48 hours before the date of the excursion.

Cancellation 24 hours before the date of the excursion: change of date or 50% refund.

Not present on the date of the excursion with presentation of a medical certificate attesting that you are ill: 100% refund.

Not present on the date of the excursion for some reasons except in case of emergency: there is no refund.

how can I find out the pick-up time and details?

48 – 24 hours before the excursion our operations department will contact you to arrange the details and departure times.
